And let’s be real. Therapy asks for a commitment of time, money, and energy. Choosing to begin is a meaningful decision, and one that deserves thought and intention. Therapy is more than a weekly session; it is an ongoing process of self-discovery, transformation, and making space to engage with life with greater clarity and resilience. It is about loosening patterns that no longer serve you and moving toward a life that is more aligned with your values.

Insurance & Out-of-Network
I am able to accept OHP Care Oregon and Open Card. If you are a tribal member covered by OHP, you are likely enrolled in Open Card. I am happy to support you in figuring this out, if needed.
I do not accept other private insurance plans directly. However, I can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients find this helpful in offsetting the cost of therapy.
Clients are responsible for verifying their own out-of-network benefits.
A note on financial values
And balancing my needs and sustainability, client/community needs and accessibility, and community care and justice.
Please know that I have thought long and carefully about how I set my fees. I hold the tension between wanting therapy to be more accessible and needing to sustain myself so I can continue to show up fully in this work.
At this time, I accept OHP CareOregon and Open Card and also offer private pay sessions. For those paying out of pocket, my fees reflect my training, experience, and the specialized care I provide, including EMDR, trauma therapy, perinatal support, cultural identity exploration, and Brainspotting.
While many insurance systems require diagnoses, cap sessions, or deny coverage in ways that don’t honor the realities of trauma and healing, my goal is to keep our work centered on your needs and your story. Accepting OHP CareOregon and Open Card is one way I work to increase accessibility, while maintaining flexibility outside of the restrictions some insurance plans create.
